The development of the human capital needs efficient and healthy teaching with good working environment and facilities. It requires a lot of hard training session’s proper guidelines with teaching and learning material and handout which describes about the company’s portfolio vision and the mission. The organizations by-enlarge spend a lot of dollars in the recruitment and selection process which includes different methods of hiring and all that. Every Organization dream of having efficient, loyal, enthusiastic, passionate and devoted employees, which work within the guiding principles and outlines prescribed by the company.
The rules and regulations are the most important and, which set the benchmark for rest of the employees. Developing a team, establishing them, training them, and managing them are the different issues which need to be addressed at a certain level. Every part has its own responsibility for achieving the best and better results for the betterment of the organization.
Forming a workforce within the required time period is not an easy task and it always requires extensive and proper trainings. The training might take weeks or months and in the end it also has the evaluation test to know about the actual understanding of the workforce. Training is of also two types once include on job training and the other include off job training. In the on job training the individuals are paid their salaries and on the off job they are first given knowledge about the company then their payroll starts or proceeds.

Human resource department has an important play to play in this and they always have a role in this sensitive matter of copyrights. The Human resource dept issues the policy and decide that these are the fair business rule to be implemented within the organization and the heads of the department are mutually on board with the mutual understanding and mutual consent.
The Copyright act governs and states the strict policy of printing of material which should be endorsed by the management and the higher authorities, because secrecy and legitimacy becomes the issue there and it is the major concern for all of the organizations. The Copyright policies are drafted and framed in every organization for the security purposes because law has all the rights to even make or break in any situation.
Every organization needs to rethink, re-visit and re-analyze their copyright policies because they need it to spread out and the copyright material has the legal validity that this belongs to the particular company and it can’t be refuted or challenged in the court of law. One more interesting thing to be noticed is that, companies do need to have vigilant eyes and monitoring over the copyright material it is although the serious matter of concern for both the company and the human resource department, because their human resource development program can be affected by any disregard or neglect in this specific area.

Definitely, the organizational needs and demands in today world scenario has completely changed and people need to be more aware of surroundings and current situation which has the major effect on the performance and confidence of the employees. The H.R dept must initialize and start the teaching of skills such as interpersonal skills, customer dealing techniques, how to provide the five diamond services, how to make customer satisfy because there is a major concern between satisfaction and no-satisfaction. These major things should be addressed in the training sessions and training seminars conducted by the training dept which comes under the domain of Human Resource.
In broader terms, it needs the effective training to give the particular knowledge about what is the organization is doing currently? What they are intending to do in future? And what are their future plans? And how they will come with the plan? What strategies will they use and how they can meet the global standards? These are the important parameters for any organizational development and growth, the employees are anxious to know about their future in the company
They are always eager about the future of the company because they always find opportunity and see themselves on the higher levels of the company. When we compare the global standards of today’s world with the standards which have been in the past, you will find the major changes that have been noticed from the recent years, In the past the human resource development was no that much effective, companies did had many problems but eventually as the years have passed on the globalization has took place, the standards and norms of the procedure for the development of skills and other organizational skills have been improved.
Companies do spend millions of dollars in this prospect because they know they are investing for themselves.
OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT:
The project study shows about the company’s prospect which needed to be more on the global factors and must entertain the globalization more than anything, the company should adapt the new strategy to address their workers and workforce on a large picture. It all depends on the vision, mission and the analysis of the heads of the company which in particular decides the company policies in the larger spectrum. All the responsibility doesn’t lie on the heads but overall or generally speaking it is the trend of policy shift ward in the management can tell the actual story of the organizational development.
The competency level is a must point that at which criteria will it meet and will it be fruitful for the organization and can it deliver the right punch at the right moment this contains the more or less the importance and urgency level of need in the organization. These strategic changes must serve the purpose of the organization and will they be successful in this regard is the real sight of worry for the management.
Another important factor which cannot be ignored is the real deal means that by implementing on these strategic concepts , the goals of the organization must be well served and well-driven , which will not only help the organization to grow but will also allow them to move forward and look for the better options which are available.
IDENTIFYING INSIGHTS:
We have identified many prospects from the given project and we will like to discuss it further that the demand of the project is to have globalized training of employees on the international standards which is far more acceptable than any other thing. The project shows that there is an instant need of the training skills for the employees matched and based on the national as well as international standards, awareness about the international market and structure, information about international clients, how to manage them deal with them and respond them on crunch situations this all needs to be done.
Managers and administrators have been trying their level best to handle and train their sub-ordinates but still the training needs to be done on special grounds.
One more thing which is interesting about the project is that company wants their human resource to make a policy statement on the training & seminars which is the need of the time.
We have noticed that company wants to know about the training model and competencies and other strategic issues and by enlarge other activities of the employees.
Action Plan:
Our team wants to improve the customer relationship with our clients and for this reason we want to conduct a training session from the sales and marketing point of view and in this segment we want to aware our staff about the importance of the clients in the business, means they are just like "fuel to your car" .Clients/Customers are the life blood of any organization and they need to be treated like the king, as it goes that customer is always right. So it is to be started like this that our main focus will be on the customer orientation, handling customer skills, effective customer service and the most important organizational vision. We intend to conduct these training sessions by one of the best sales and marketing expert, but we want our staff to attend this training session because it will be on the global aspect, cultural norms and other ethics of work will also be discussed and presented in the training session to ensure the best understanding of the staff of our company.
