BOOK REPORT: I, ROBOT BY ISAAC ASIMOV
Introduction
In 1950 a science fiction author by the name Isaac Asimov wrote the novel I, Robot. It is a nine short story collection which revolves around development of robots with artificial intelligence. In each story the main character has to find a solution in order to win a challenge. Each of the nine stories is about a robot which was created by the US Robotics and Mechanical Men Inc. I, Robot is about how human beings relate to robots. In all the stories the main themes are humanity, advancement in technology and morality. Dr Susan Calvin, chief robopsychologist narrates all the nine stories. The I, Robot has majorly contributed the genre of science fiction because it ushered the era of science fiction.
