Review of Business for the Glory of God
Summary
"Business for the glory of God: The Bible's teaching on the moral goodness of the business" by Wayne Grudem is a work that gives a religious viewpoint of the world of businesses. Even though the two worlds are not related, the school of business talks about how profits the businesses generate at the expense of humanity. As states in the book of Corinthians 10:31 (KJV), "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God," and thus the businesses should be carried out for the glory of God. Besides, the second chapter of the book of Corinthians is exciting but quite educational. As Grudem (2003) states in his work, that when God created the earth, He instructed Adam and Eve to produce and multiply the earth. It is therefore clear that this gives the reasons as to why human beings exist on earth.
