In accordance with the book’s view of discipline, the attitude statement is true. I n order that any professional works well, there must be a defined form of leadership structure that oversees and deals with disciplinary cases in an organization. To be precise, an army is fundamental body in a country when it comes to defense purposes. I reckon that the armed soldiers should always be left sometime to learn new tricks in solving battle problems. As John Holt puts it in his book about the influence of nature to a child’s conduct, I am of the opinion that nature can also help give good experience to an army. This practice is usually practical in army camps where the individuals are usually send in forests or other areas with severe climatic conditions in that those who diligently endures the hardship in those particular regions does not only return safely but also comes back knowledgeable about myriad ways of solving problems in the field. Thus nature in this case instills some professional skills in the army.
Another significant aspect mentioned by John Holt is the discipline of culture. In the case of an army it is important to use commands to give directions until everyone delivers on one’s mandate properly. On the same note, discipline of superior force explained by Holt is most important in an army. The army requires individual who acts upon commands immediately. Those who do not respond on time are usually prone to punishment in order to maintain respect and obedience in line of duty.
Discipline is significant in all walks of life. In the case of an organization, it is easy to achieve all the visions of the organization if all people were disciplined. A disciplined worker is advantageous in that he do not need close supervision for one to deliver on his or her mandate. This eventually saves the company from the cost of supervision. My culture stresses on the need of disciplined individuals for a productive society. Those who fall short of discipline are usually liable to punishment which is seen as a method of deterring the victim from committing the same mistake. In my culture, the most disciplined persons in schools at home or companies are usually rewarded in order to motivate them continue in the same manner. The reward also works as a mean of challenging the rest of staff or children to embrace discipline in order for them to win themselves tokens.
I remember one day I was playing football in a rocky ground. In the event of kicking the ball, I hit my toe against the stone and I was eventually hurt. After this occasion, I decided that I would never go playing in that field. This is in accordance with the discipline of nature where one comes to terms with a scenario oneself after facing the consequences of the event under question. Furthermore, my parents have been warning me against travelling at night alone. I was therefore conformed to a form of practice whereby one needed to arrive earlier at home without fail. When I used to make mistakes punished I was seriously beaten .These three scenarios mentioned in the above discussion reveal that discipline is real in the life of any productive citizen.
After watching and reading more about the ‘Official song of Custer's 7th Cavalry’ and ‘Sioux Honoring Song’ it becomes evident that music composition in the European American culture was motivated by cultural beliefs and honor. The two specific songs are mainly praising and adoring an aboriginal culture. The two songs are hewed as a result of freedom that the specific communities attained.

In the case of the ‘official song of Custer’s 7th cavalry, the native tradition practices are believed to be preserved in this particular song. This fork lore in accordance with the view of its pioneers is the preservation of the historical salience of the area and the origin of the name Garryowen which is made of two Irish words Garrai and Eoin. This song is a form of thanks giving and honoring of the efforts made by the Garryowen boys. This song therefore acts as a mode of giving honor and glory to the excellent work by the Garryowen.
This song also reveals how the fame of the Garryowen grew wide making everyone in the society to stand in honor to the gentlemen. In the song, it is also clear that the character of the Garryowen is rejoiced the otherwise inglorious minstrel of that day. In my own observation, I can clearly put that the composition of music also considered the time of the day and major happenings of the moment. The song praised the Garryowen army who were standing in defense of the nation and extolled their victory among other nations. Thus community victory is celebrated by through composition of an army praise song. On the hand, I dispute the fact that the Garryowen had to use atomic bombs in their operations. The Garryowen went ahead assaulting bystanders and terrifying the otherwise quiet onlookers. I can simply state that this was very much awful an act to be done by a renowned army.
In summary, the official Custer’s 7th cavalry is a good example of the way more than a unit designation that puts into perspective the historic lore and the greeting shared in an a victorious European community kind of setting. This song simply applause the Garryowen boys for their excellent work on the battle field. Thus this song was an only way of expressing love to the veterans.
On the other hand, Sioux music is also another traditional so...
