Time should be scheduled appropriately more time should be spent on new students to help them catch up and not loose focus because the new students need to be taken slow in order to enable their grasp the needed skills of how to handle their equipment. Another strategy used is creativity instrumental teachers have to improvise hence they need to be creative in their teachings so that it cannot be monotonous and boring.
