Marketing Concept
The global economy has seen many organizations focus on the customer base and the supply chain level. The reason for this move is to influence the competitive advantage in its supply chain. A deeper understanding and contribution to marketing results in the concept of customer-focused marketing. Therefore, the marketing strategies employed in these cases are aimed at satisfying the target customers with low input costs. According to Madhani (2020), 73% of customers expect companies to recognize their needs and expectations. The author further claims that, in reality, 51% of customers say companies usually recognize their needs and anticipations. The benefits of customer-focused marketing strategies can be realized by understanding the marketing concept, customer services, and the creation of competitive advantages.
