General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in an Tennis Academy (Case Study Sample)
There was a case study that provided information about how a tennis academy was set up, including an image of a dataset. The task was to briefly discuss gdpr and then wether the tennis academy was in violation of some aspect(s) of gdpr and wether gdpr even applied to them. The case study was tricky as there was not enough information on the matter of consent for processing to be 100% certain wether the academy was in violation, so the two possibilities (consent and no consent) had to be covered. Feedback from the client for this order was "Very high quality of writing, I'm really happy with the work received." I can provide evidence for this claim upon request.
