Creativity, which entails converting of new and imaginative ideas into reality, is helpful to companies in terms of marketing of products. Contrarily, most organizations kill creativity unintentionally as they struggle to look for reasons such as coordination, productivity, and control. I strongly believe that when creativity is promoted in the companies, it would enhance then marketing of products.

This article’s main arguments include business creativity, which entails creative thinking and concerned with how people approach problems and solutions. It also argues about the cause of low creativity in companies basing it concerns on the managers. It describes the three composition of creativity, which comprises three parts namely: expertise, creative thinking skills, and motivation.

This article impresses with how it addresses most companies. It views managers as the cause of depreciating creativity. The business creativity, which has been explained by both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, is another impression from the article.
