Task 1 - The importance of staffing for supporting innovation
A strong correlation exists between sufficient staff-to-client ratios and the rate of innovation. The project initiation stage basically involves attempts to link the perceived customer perceptions with technical work directions. The project proposal and proposed budgets as well as schedules are written and produced at this stage. Another key input in this stage is the provision of counseling and motivation from the technical professionals to the new project team.
