* Builds trust: through partnering, parents and teachers can exchange knowledge and skills. Through that, teachers and parents will be able to understand each other hence establishing trust. It will facilitate knowledge sharing and harmony among children, teachers, and parents. For instance, parents will be engaged in volunteering their unique skills and knowledge during school activities while teachers, on the other hand, seek information on families, student lives and integrate them into the curriculum. Building trust enables children to acquire more necessary knowledge apart from the in-class one.
* Another advantage of the teacher-parent program on early childhood education is that it facilitates learning beyond classrooms. Relationship advances early childhood education to its maximum and facilitates learning the process.

Creating a welcoming environment may involve many things including creating rooms for parents, greeting parents, using signs to show them through the building and many more. Making the mother feel welcomed and accepted at school can be a good start for partnering.
2 Shared decision-making process. Listening and implementing productive suggestion and ideas from the parents in early childhood education is crucial to building a relationship between parents and school. Some of the decision to engage parents includes kind of teachers to hire and the curriculum for the student. This medium will restore and keep senses of belonging to a parent hence facilitating a good relationship.
3 Adult education. Implementation of adult training will also work well in improving the education of the child. In the adult class, parents will learn how to improve their relationships with their kids. Besides that, they will be taught about techniques that improve learning.
4 Communication. Communication is very necessary for parent-school partnering. This process takes various forms including newsletters, telephone calls, and home visits. Ensuring that means of communication is effective by considering the language of the receiver is paramount. Communications allow the parent to identify their place in schools; therefore, it cannot be omitted while partnering.
5 Teachers’ initiative. For this kind of partnership to succeed, it is obvious that teachers must be in front line. During preparation of this process teachers will be taught one way of initiating partnering process and keeping the relationship for long.

1 Family visit. If parents are comfortable, conducting home visit can be imperative in promoting partnership. The learning environment and parent-children communication is enhanced through this method.
2 Provide welcoming environment. During meetings, visiting days and any other activities that bring parents to school, take that time to creating a welcoming environment.
3 Provide resources. Resources may include transportation, childcare, and it encourages parents’ participation in school activities which improves the partnership.
4 Offer advice. Teachers should advise parents on importance of being involved in their children’s educations since it improves the morale of children while learning.
5 Set standards. It is the work of the teacher to try us much as possible to achieve a better standard of education for children, but they must incorporate other stands that come from parents’ participation too. This method is essential for improving children learning.
