School culture refers to the norms, beliefs, attitudes, rules and regulations that govern how a school functions. It further entails the safety of learners, arrangement of the school premises and the level to which a school embraces different forms of diversity. The main aim of having a positive school culture is to ensure that learners, teachers, administrators and other stakeholders in the school achieve their goals with maximum collaboration and attain the highest possible benefits for their efforts at all times and in all things.
Our school is committed to the creation of a positive school culture because to achieve success from this institution, all stakeholders need to reap the benefits of their labor. Administrators, teachers and support staff attain job satisfaction when students attain their best in an environment of care and concern. Parents benefit by having their children acquire an education and thus build their potential to be independent and productive members of the society. Learners benefit in that their lives are enhanced and shaped for the future by going through a formative process of gaining academic knowledge while at the same time developing social and economic skills that they need to succeed in life.
