The implementation of this project is viable as impact ratio is 2.2 which is >1. The project benefits score (11) outweighs the total risk score (5). Therefore, there are more benefits if this project is implemented than the risks it poses to the health facility. It follows that the project of reducing the number of unnecessary medical procedures is a viable project for the facility which is expected to positively impact patient safety and quality of care.
