The purpose of this case study is to discuss the organizational behavior of Hormel Food Corporation, which operates in Britain. The study analyses ways in which Hormel organization's culture, politics, and power influence individual and team behavior and performance. Also, the study concentrates on sources of motivation for individuals and teams to attain the set goals in the organization. Lastly, the study reveals organizational behavior concepts and philosophies that determine the effectiveness of the Hormel Food Corporation's organization.
