Data Dictionary (Information Lexicon) is described as a set of definitions of the data objects that are primarily structure to provide a physical representation of the records to be hold by the database system (Herman, 2008). Data dictionary provides a focal view on how the business constraints can be mapped into the proposed information system. When designing a database system, it is important to consider the entities, attributes and how the latter relate with each other. In relational schemas all the relations are considered to have one or more related records, on which the relation integrities can be imposed. After every database objects are assigned a descriptive name, it becomes a part of some structure that implicitly verify the relationship. The data type (eg text, image, binary) can be represented as shown below.
