Online Store App Implementation and Maintenance Plan (Coursework Sample)
We are "creating" an app called Healthy Harvest.
Joan’s team at Healthy Harvest is ready to review how to implement and maintain the new online store app.
Use the Healthy Harvest Implementation and Maintenance Plan Template to prepare a 5- to 6-page documentation for implementation and maintenance activities for the new Healthy Harvest app.
The template includes sections for you to document the following information:
Recommend an implementation strategy for the app, including testing and verification processes. Support your recommendation by explaining the advantages of the process.
Outline the documentation requirements, which includes instructions on using the system and training and supporting users.
Outline the maintenance needs of the store app.
Include the following:
Alternative organizational structures
Quality measurement
Change request processes
Configuration management
Cite appropriate external citations and references (minimum of 3), in addition to including references to the required readings (or virtual organizations) where relevant, within the assignment.

Online Store App Implementation and Maintenance Plan
I. Recommended Strategy
Integration
The new online store app will act as an integration of the already existing web-based stores that Healthy Harvest already operates. The online store application will be a multi-platform-based application scaling across various platforms such as Android IOS and integrating with the online store. The app will support additional features not supported by the already existing online store, such as user-product recommendation, delivery tracking, stock sales forecast, and sales report generation.
Since the new online store application targets mostly users of mobile devices as a web-based version of the store already exists and is integrated to be synchronous with each other. (Peslak et al., 2008). Additionally, the application will integrate into the already existing operation and management system. The development team will follow no conversion strategy in the implementation of the store application since the application does not alter the previous operation and management system; instead, the new application adds new reporting features on sales (Nah, 2001), inventory, and other critical sections as discussed in the systems documentation section.
