The term ethical refers to an equitable, just, and fair dealing with people which conforms to high standards of the public conduct although it can be flexible according to how the situation and times are. This term can be interchanged with the word moral. An ethical behavior is where an individual act in ways that are consistent with society expectations. Ethical behavior is good for business as it involves the act of demonstrating respect for moral principles like fairness, honesty, diversity, dignity and individual rights.
Definition of Legal
The term legal refers to something that is permitted or conforms to the law. It also means the thing is enforced or recognized by law other than through equity. The term also refers to those things that are concerned or relate to the law. If something is legal, it is allowable or acceptable under official rules.
