Our plan plans for sales of nearly $1,200,000 this year growing to $1.8 million by the end of 2019 financial year, on marketing cost of having increased to $400,000 as per 2017-2018 fiscal year which is about less than 30% of the financial year sales. It will be a good trend for the next ten years compared to other firms in the same industry. The initial company sales to cost revenue are 45% which is expected to less than 25% hence a good growth. The decrease in the cost sales ratio will be attributed by the changes in the company methods of doing business such as the use of an online platform.
According to the next five years’ market trend is unpredictable due to the introduction of natural ice cream and flavors and most companies have incurred a lot of cost to market their products. To achieve a better competitive advantage, we have adopted online marketing strategies to reduce cost and reach the target market. These strategies require money hence the reason behind increased marketing cost (Blakeman, 2018).
