Introduction
We are delighted to inform you that after careful consideration, the Company has unquestionably decided offer you this employment contract. This letter sets out the conditions of the proposition that, if you agree to take, will administer your engagement.
Position; Duties. Your position will be that of a Financial Accountant, reporting to the Finance Manager of the Company. Your responsibilities and duties will be as chosen by the Company, with the sole focus on preparing account records of the day-to-day running of the office and making monthly payroll reports.
Full Time Employment. The employment tenure will commence on 1st January 2015,
Compensation. Considering your experience, your annual salary will be $ $57,945 (as per the current global pay structure for Certified Public Accountants), paid twice a month in tandem with the Organization's payroll structure.
Benefit Plan. Your package will consist of health and additional benefits plans of the Firm's pursuant to their conditions as may be adjusted by the Company to a certain duration. You will be eligible to four week's paid leave (equal to 21 business days) for every full year of employment. Also a maternal leave of three months, in case of a pregnancy while still working at the Company.
Incentive Plan. You will be entitled to an annual incentive plan as per the company’s performance during a particular financial year. If a loss is realized by the Company you will not be entitled to any incentive.
Stock Options. You will be allowed opportunities to buy stocks of the Firm's Common shares, right over a four-year period with a year cliff vesting for 1/4th of the preferences. The options will be allowed at a strike value of $10 for each share. The terms and conditions of the share options are available in the Share Option Contract of even date attached and need to be effected by you and reverted back to us straight away to be operational.
Employment at Will. Our service association is terminable at either party's will, which means that any of us may dismiss the engagement at any time for any or no reason.
Privacy and Invention Assignment Settlement. You will be subject to the Firm's Privacy and Invention Assignment Contract, which is attached in this document and need to be signed and reverted by you prior commencement of any employment association.
Certain Acts. You are prohibited to do anything that is in direct competition with the Company's existing or planned business, nor will you design or establish any competitive commercial activity. You will not go into any arrangement, which conflicts with your duties to the organization. You will not throughout your engagement or within a year after its end, without the Firm's prompt printed approval, directly or indirectly beseech or embolden any agent, employee, supplier, independent contractor, consultant or client or any other individual or business to end or amend an association with the Company.
Representations. You signify that you are conscious of no compulsions legitimate or. Otherwise, varying with the conditions of this Contract or with your agreed to the engagement with the Company. You will not divulge to the Firm or use, or encourage the Firm to use, any copyrighted information or trade confidences of others. You represent and permit that you have reverted all exclusive and private material belonging to all former employers. You also agree and allow that all information provided by the Firm (comprising of any data in your resume) is correct, accurate and complete.
