It immediately picks a limited liability company without investigating and evaluating the merits and demerits of each type of business. However, the argument on the need for Shania to receive counsel on the extent of her religious beliefs in the daily operations of a company is viable.
Considering the question of whether to take a franchise option or to start an independent business, the first paper shows a more in-depth understanding between the two alternatives. It is expected that Shania will not have the opportunity to make personal decisions or hold different views from those of the franchisor. Thus, the advice to start a business without external links is credible.
Regarding the business name, the first paper seemed to have searched and identified the availability of organizations using similar titles. Thus, it offers the client a different suggestion that is not in use. It argues that using a unique business name will give traction to the new organization.
