The two characters on the scene include a man and a woman who are evidently in a loving relationship, which seems to be troubled. The two characters have seemingly have had a troubled relationship in the recent past, and this has contributed to what can be described as stressful days. This is evidenced from the onset when the man seems to realize that his love interest is around the house, and swiftly abandons reading a newspaper or magazine to begin looking for her around the house. In fact, this scene evidences the man has been lying in wait for her to come. Viewers swiftly notice that the man is portrayed in sitting of a high desk, which is rather surprising because the house or house he is in seems opulent as evidenced through neat bed as well as light shades. Nevertheless, the man seems restless and he moves from one side to the other before peering through a window, which underlines the fact that he is not only looking for someone but he is also in a tense mood.
Viewers can deduce that the man is engaged in reading the print material perhaps to act as a distraction having waited for her to arrive for some time. He seems frustrated having waited so long and folds the reading material into two before placing it on a desk. Indeed, the man peers through the window once more and quickly notices that the woman he has been waiting has entered the house. This is reinforced through the scene when the woman emerges in a hallway perhaps having coming through a door to enter into the house. Yet, the tense relationship becomes palpable when the man approaches the woman who rebuffs him through a rather stern look before she exits the scene. This is also evidenced through their rather awkward conversation that does not start with greetings or appreciation of one another. Rather, the encounter sees the man become condescending and tells her “it should be back from your face...I told you that”, which is a reference to her hairstyle (Sohu, 2016).
Seemingly having rejected his advances, the man is troubled and wanders around the room in a pensive mood. His condescending nature becomes even more evident when he implores her by saying “please Judy&...
