Personal Powers
            Organization can only perform best when it has good management. A manager needs to have leadership skills of influencing and inspiring others.  In every person, there is hidden ability which in most cases are not used but waits for the right people to trigger them to unleash their potential to excel. At birth everybody is equal but as time goes by people change by having different a achievements in life, organization set on the same date with same resources reaches  a time when one out do the other in terms of  growth and financial performance. Before somebody could take the role of leadership, they need to define their goals and intentions. The objectives of the individuals need to be simple to understand, measurable, timely set, and attainable, this will make the objective real and the person can have hope in meeting the goals in the set time. Organization Dynamics has made management a little bit of a challenge (Davis, 2000). Change is inevitable, the organization leadership, therefore, needs to understand they're worth and work on how to influence the organization stakeholders to give their best to ensuring success in themselves and the organization.
            To be successful in management somebody needs to understand their personal powers, the innate ability that exist in every person. The core set of personal powers is to have goals in life.  The objectives of the manager will drive them the time of creating the strategic plan for the organization, the mission, vision, objectives and goals of the firm. ‘You can’t lead other when in yourself there is no direction." This will make the management committed to achieving the objectives of the organization as they are personally driven (Banerjee, 2013).
            According to Steven Covey, (2004) “7 ways of improving personal powers” gives an essential requirement for a leader to fire develop in him so as to manage successfully others. The manager need not have false believing that other people are better than them, avoiding the notion will help them commit to getting things done rather than wait for the support of others; the leadership and management team need clarity, they need to be aware of their personal goals, those to which align with organization goals to enable them take deliberate action. The management needs to possess self-awareness trait, this is the ability to understand the potentiality that innately exist in people and look on how to tap it for organization good. Management also needs to be empathetically that is understanding other people situations, and this will help in motivating the subordinate and allow them to express their opinion that can be used fir organization good.  The management need to lead by example that is the management need to start off the journey to prove the possibility to all the other team members (Covey, 2014).
            The management needs to have energy and enthusiasm, success needs energetic men those who don’t sluggish in taking action, they also need to be bold in giving direction to the stakeholders of the organization, enthusiasm is key influencing others, making them like what they are doing as they have seen the leader interested in doing  them.  The management as well need to look for support, this is to make the management understand that there is nothing wrong of asking a little help, this  fasten events and a good way to keep time and build on teamwork( Poole, 2004).
            The dynamics of the organization need real leaders...
