Gambling has been one of the greatest pastimes for people over a long period of time. It is on this background that I have come up with the idea of creating a casino where people will be able to satisfy their urge of gambling while at the same time I make money out of the business. The vision of my Casino is to use available resources to solve people’s problems.
My casinos name is Silver Star. The casino will be located in Tokyo. We are going to have the introduction of roulette, blackjack and other table games as a strategic plan to capture more customers and with time we are going to add more table games. Each table in our casino will be hosting between ten to fifteen people. We are going to have staff training sessions to ensure we give our customers best services. Staff training will also be useful in delivering of a high quality experience for players. We are going to focus on delivering a great customer experience for people who come to the casino. We are probably going to deliver a more intimate player experience than a destination casino. Our casino will then be the best casino in town.
The vision
The vision statement of our casino is ‘too much isn’t enough’. The meaning of our vision statement is that you can never have enough from our casino. We have a variety to chose from, once you are here be sure to be spoilt for choice. Our vision statement will help the operations of the business in that it’s going to attract hundreds of customers to our casino.
Core values
Our core values include; respect, trustworthy, responsibility and fairness. Our core values are important in our business in that they keep the business going. We achieve this through respect for example when there is respect between the customers and the staff then there is a smooth running of the business. When there is fairness, all the customers are served fairly and this keeps the relationship between the customers and the staff strictly professional. When customers trust our services, this means they keep their loyalty.
Loyalty program
We have a loyalty program that aims at promoting our loyal customers as a way of giving back to them. Our loyalty program enables customers to earn and redeem loyalty points in any area of the casino. Those who bring along their friends get an expanded loyalty. This program benefits our customers as well as us because through this we receive more customers and our revenue increases.
