Introduction
I am the managing director of Bright World, a communally established and non-profit organization that aims at effecting change in the society. The company is majorly aimed at offering support both financial and social to the disadvantaged individuals in the community who are unable to cater for themselves due to diverse constraints (Collis, Jill, and Roger 2013). The organization has also been in the forefront in championing the rights of people and especially for the young people who have been raised in societies that do not uphold moral integrity. A lot of people have so far benefitted immensely from this program which has made the company more reputable in the community.
The organization also performs community outreach activities every year where people get a closer look and information of what transpires in the company. The company does this by hosting talent show competitions where individuals with diverse talents get an opportunity to showcase their skills and get rewarded. During this events, free foodstuffs and clothing are provided. Reputable and renowned leaders are also hosted to give speeches that inspire and motivate in a greater way. Bright World gets financial support from donors and facilitators who donate money and other aid to steer and support the program.
