Abstract
Wonder company centers on production, distribution, and marketing of products. The company’s main products are W1, W2, and W3. Despite its efforts to invest in R&D, the products are at a decline stage. However, based on a recently discovered strategy, the company has a chance to break into the market successfully.

In module 2, the researcher analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing Wonder Company. The company deals with production, distribution, and marketing of tablets W1, W2 and W3. Some of the strengths presented in the previous module include investment in research and development, a strong brand image and identity, a good and strong capital base and finally a good profit and strong financial power. Despite the success the company faces, it is still fragile when it comes to external influences such as the political and legal atmosphere. The strategic scenario developed in module 2 was quite effective. However, after hearing the January 2013 events, the business is expected to apply another strategic approach that will generate better results than the previous one. Therefore, this is where the CVP analysis applies.
