Description of the case Chosen:
Intel is a dominant key player in researching and developing computer memory device and microprocessors. Initially, early 1970s, the firm dealt with cutting-edge memory before dominating in the computer industry. During this time Paul Otellini was the chief executive officer (CEO) though he had full of responsibilities since he was acting as general manager for Microprocessor Products and Intel’s Architecture Group (Dyer, 2016). The firm did well, which was propagated though investing in bight engineers of the time. Intel managed to produce the first of its first memory cheap that integrated the circuit and existing memory cell. However, the company faced some challenges, but it kept developing its chips in every generation.

S- Intel was a company that was committed to make an impact in the computer business through investing in research and development programs that made it competitive. Besides, it products were unique and meet requirement of the users though affordability, which was convenient to many people. Innovation was its steering wheel that kept it ahead where it came up with effective microprocessors that competed globally.
