An ethical issue is where an organization or the individual has to consider the provided alternatives which should be weighed as either wrong or right. The paper will discuss the ethical issues and concerns towards the developed website for the customers to learn more about the institution among other advantages.
The ethical issues involved in counseling practice are dual relationships, confidentiality, professionality, multicultural counseling, client rights and ethical decision making among others. In this situation of developing the website, the individual has to involve some of the ethical issues like decision making which should involve many of the stakeholders and also consider professionalism and confidentiality to achieve the best way forward (Darrow, et al. 2015, N. p).
