Building Bridges
The core role of this project is to estimate the procedure entailed in constructing a bridge, and its importance to the youths as well. It will also help the managers in determining the actual time required for the completion of this project. This is a clear plan that can be used by any company that have the same dreams of coming up with a bridge like this. At the same time it is a clear project that is easy to interpret.
This project shall focus on the importance of building a bridge and everything that is required in order for the project to prosper. The project will involve five major groups of people: general manager, human resource manager, chief architecture who will give directions during the process of construction. The above people must be five years’ experienced in the industry to be considered. Forman and casual workers must be included. This project will also have communication managers who will be responsible for laying information on the progress of the whole project to the senior managers. They must work closely (Sower &Victor E 2011).
The project milestone will work coordinative to ensure the quality of constructing the bridge. The managers shall make groups of individuals of about ten members who will work and them corporate in these groups in order to come up with a precise output. This can only be managed through counter checking the checklist to ensure quality service. The selected youths must be watched carefully, and a leader of the group must be selected to help in generating new ideas from the group that may be of importance to the success of this project. Later on, a meeting shall be called to ensure that all the ideas that the youths came up within their respective groups have been addressed successfully, and the relevant ideas put in place. The participants must be placed into groups before giving them duties.
All the milestone in this project have been budgeted for, and the first milestone should not go below $10 and at the same time should not go above $80. The tasks in each milestone should be at least five. The total expected budget for all the first tasks in all milestone is $203, the second task will be $55, the third works should sum up to $45, the fourth task shall be a total of $28 and the last work in all the milestone should sum up to $30.
The preliminary bridge description shall be generated by the chief architecture that will can up with the prototype of the bridge. All the materials, finance and resources shall be produced by the manager. For any additional fund, the manager shall contact the board, and a way forward procedure is made on how to raise the capital. All the vendors in this project must be genuine and able to provide required materials without fail, they must also have operated for five years successfully (Sower &Victor E 2011).
