In the context of the role and responsibilities played by the human resource management in ensuring effectiveness through comprehensive interaction with different stakeholders who work outside the human resource department.
It is therefore critical to unveil that an ideal human resource should ensure creation of comprehensive relationship with different stakeholders. It is clear in the context that human resource management team is bestowed with the role and responsibility of oversighting different organizational tasks which are part and parcel of the organizational strategies.
Thus in achieving the organizational strategies there is need to harmonize and create a cordial relationship with different stakeholders.
An ideal human resource management should entail and create different functionalities and position in regards with the dynamic products and services that are required for effectiveness market corporation.
It is clear that that the ultimate goal of the organization is sustainability and profitability which requires generation of dynamic strategies and coordination. This then being the case, there is need for human resource management to continuously use market tools such as SWOT analysis to create values for their customers through creating relevant market requirements and products.
The other critical role and responsibility that an ideal human resource management should envision through cordial relationship with the outside stakeholders is the issue of designing fair and standard remunerations. It is clear in different organization the human resource management team has been related with generating strategies that do operates in their favors without much considerations of the other stakeholders especially in the issues related with other employees.
There is need for standardization where pay should be matched with the core competencies and workplace performance of an individual despite the nature of the position.
The other critical consideration for an ideal human resource management team in an organization is the issue of job designing and delegations of duties to the new hires there is need to ensure that one’s strength and capabilities are maximized on and weaknesses mitigated for effective operations. The biasness related with human resource management based on ethnicity, racialdiscrimination, gender or even corruption measures they should be mitigated for cordial relationship with the outside employees.
