General Description
KILN coffee is a coffee beverage that will be aiming at trying to satisfy the customers’ demands for coffee beverages in America. The product is aimed to establish in the American market despite the presence of other competing companies such as Starbucks and other products like the Arabica and cappuccino. Coffee is the principal product of this business venture that is of high quality and affordable to the public. The major focus for KILN coffee is to compete with other coffee brands and producers and gain demand from most customers in the nation and globally.
Aim
1 To establish a demanding market for the coffee beverage and be able to open up further stores globally where it can be supplied.
2 To provide high-quality coffee beverages and blends to the customers and understand and fulfill their demands effectively to increase sales of the beverage.
3 To ensure maximum profits are attained in each fiscal year through maximizing the sales and opportunities available for development.
Literature review
Kiln Coffee plans to introduce "KILN" a new coffee product that will be able to sell in the country and supply it in other regions. The coffee production center is in the country since this will cut down the costs of exportation and other related costs. The strategy employed in launching this product is advertisement and sampling of the product in strategic locations in the country (Kahn, 2012). Public advertisement in the social media, media centers and free sampling will handle sales and marketing.
The project will be headed by a committee of leaders with experience in the organization to make decisive decisions in the launch and management to ensure sales of the product.
