Due to the increased competition in the industry, the business organization has to adopt all the necessary measures so as to maintain its competitive edge and continue enjoying more market shares from the same industry, which will guarantee its profitability. In general, the management of any organization is always tasked with various roles and responsibilities which it has to undertake, and one of the primary responsibilities of any organization is to set goals and objectives of the organization which the organization works toward achieving. The management also has a duty to formulate the best appropriate strategies and policies which need to be adopted by the organization for it to achieve its set goals and objectives. The management as well makes some very vital decision which can help the organization attain its set goals, but it's also important to note that the decision-making process of any organization depends on the management approach adopted by the organization.
The common management approaches include the top-down and the bottom-up approach in which all stakeholders of the organization, including the junior staff, are fully involved in decision making, and their suggestions are wholly considered. Under the top-bottom approach, the decisions are only made by the top management officials in the organization, like directors, and that other stakeholder like the employees are only left with the duty of implementing the organization's goals (Baker, 2014). It's recommendable for organizations to adopt the bottom-up management approach because it has been proved to be effective and fruitful. It's through proper decision making that the organization adopts the best effective marke8ing strategy that will increase its market share by reaching more potential customers.

For instance, the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak highly affected almost all organizations negatively, and thus the need for organizations to strategize and adopt better marketing approaches so as to continue enjoys some profits in the industry by outsmarting their competitors.
Mobile marketing
The term mobile marketing strategy is very broad and can be said to be an umbrella that covers a range of marketing tools. Techniques and processes. The most commonality between these marketing tools and techniques is that they all target audiences who are the potential customers of an organization. The mobile user is believed to the most basic level, which targets audiences. Therefore, the concept of mobile marketing strategy is about how an organization reaches and engages with potential customers while they use their mobile devices. This approach can and more often should be a multichannel marketing strategy where audiences can connect through various social media platforms or by trying to connect through SMS, email, social media, and content marketing via a mobile app, among others. One of the reasons why mobile marketing is becoming more vital in the business sector is because of the ubiquity and popularity of smartphones in society. According to previous researches, it's evident that, on average, many people are believed to spend around three hours and 15 minutes daily on their mobile phones, and this indicates that any product posted on various social media platforms is a higher possibility of being visible to the mobile users. The same researches have indicated that web usage on mobile devices in the current world is higher than ever before, and desktop users are increasingly in the minority due to the aspect of portability.
Statista found that, during the first quarter of the year 2020, mobile devices accounted for 56% of the organic search engine visits and properly makes mobile SEO and online marketing vital for retail businesses with a presence online. Therefore, online marketing, it's always paying the business organization by helping it meet with its audiences in whatever location they may be around the globe, which simply implies that the retailers will be connecting to more potential customers through mobile phones. As a result of the increasing mobile-first world due to technological advancements, targeting the users of mobile phones is a necessity for a business organization that has bigger dreams of increasing their productivity and performance, more so for the eCommerce businesses. Since retailers are seriously facing steep competition from the larger business organizations, it's therefore, recommendable for the retailers to actively engage with consumers wherever they are around the globe (Varnali et al., 2010). There are various reasons why using mobile marketing strategy is essential for retailers; one of the primary reasons is that it's easily accessible compared to other marketing efforts through other platforms like Google, which has many barriers compared to mobile strategies which have low barriers to access. For example, any retail that wishes to try SMS marketing or social campaign does not need extensive technical expertise. Another important reason for a mobile marketing strategy is that it's cost-effective since, as a broad church, it has diverse strategies and processes from which an organization can choose from which it's an implication that the retailers need to adapt campaigns and channels which suits their budgets without increasing the production cost.
The Covid-19 pandemic has negatively affected the economic status of these retail business organizations in Auckland since the majority of them made more losses during this period as the general sales of the retailers went down similar to those large business organizations, which is linked to low demand in the market. This basically implies that the retailers were not able or in a better position to settle all their obligations like paying wages to employees as well as paying debts to their creditors. Thus in order for these retails to minimize the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, they should adopt some mobile marketing strategies so as to increase their sales in the market by increasing their marketing shares, and through this, it will get more revenue and profits to carry out their operations normally.

One of the possible ways through which the retailers can use mobile technology is through blogging. This requires the retailers to have their own business websites which they can communicate with their customers as well as post their business products. There are various reasons why an organization needs to start blogging. A business organization mostly rely on consumers to keep purchasing their products and services, small businesses like retailers need to rely on blogging so as it can be at a better position to reach more potential consumers and grab their attention by winning their loyalty. Without blogging, the business website would mostly remain invisible, whereas running blogs makes the retails more searchable and competitive. Therefore, the main purpose of blogging is to connect the retailers to the relevant customers or audiences, and this may have a positive effect in boosting the retailing traffic as we...
