The main vision of the southwest airlines is to establish the wide locations in the abroad markets and this will mainly help the organization to gain more profits. This will mainly aim at lowering the cost and this will in turn help get more customers into the organization. the south west airline has the most productive workforce this has really helped to attract more customers and therefore the organization will be able to make more profits (Appelbaum and Fewster, 2014). The main vision of the south west airlines is that the goals it sets have to be very realistic and therefore they can be achieved ed more easily. The southwest airlines have been successful over the past few years because it has a well-structured strategy (Borgianni et al., 2012). This has made the company to be among the best companies in the world. For instance, the southwest airlines have been implementing the low-cost leadership and this has mainly aimed at improving the satisfaction of its customers and it has also helped to maintain the low-cost fares (Fisher, 2015). The main culture that the southwest airline observes is to put its customers first and therefore it mainly aims at satisfying all the customers. The southwest airline usually considers its employees as the internal customer and this has really made this company to prosper. This is because it mainly aims at creating the environment where both the internal and the external customer can enjoy. At the southwest airlines they believe that both the profitability and culture are the main things that should be considered (Voigt et al., 2017).
At the southwest airlines the decision-making process is usually based on the customers and the employees (Rhoden, Ralston and Ineson, 2008). Therefore, before the manger makes a decision he should conduct an interview on both the employees and the customers and this will help so that the proper decisions can be made more easily. It is very clear that if proper decision is not made by the organization then the leadership will not last. At the southwest airlines the proper decision which are made by the manager have really helped to win the trust of the employees (Solnet et al., 2010). These employees in turn treat the customers with the utmost respect too. This in turn has helped to bring more profits to the company. The main values of the southwest airlines are usually based on the principles and the ethics. Southwest airline mainly aims that its employees treat the customers nicely so that the customers may come back (Sites, 2017). Therefore, this factor has really motivated the customers since they know that they are paying for the best services that will be offered. Good human resource is very essential this is because it has really helped the employees of the southwest airlines to have good values of what want within their culture (Padma and Wagenseil, 2018).
