Unfortunately diverse people backed out then I planned to commence a small subsidiary in United States of America where I started as a small scale. This was a big hit with a good team, hardworking and trustworthy team and the profit that arises from this subsidiary was used to invest and expand the business.
4 How were these problems resolved?
Profit from my small subsidiary company was used in the new white and colored diamonds venture that sorted out the aspect of financial problems that arise when starting the business. As this company was introduced in the USA, we got the name that we needed. In the initial stages, we just concentrated much on investing in the company and also managing the expenses because we cannot fully think about the profits. It took approximately four years to get surplus amounts from the business because at this particular stage, we do job maximization and synchronize the processes that will assist you in the long run.
