TITLE: The Crocodile Circle
NUMBER OF CHILDREN: Any group of children is appropriate, provided it does not exceed ten.
DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS: The activity develops reasoning and literacy skills.
OBJECTIVE: Throughout the crocodile circle activity, the children will increase their reasoning and literacy skills by identifying the alphabets and numbers. The preschoolers will learn to develop their first understanding of letters and the different terms that their counterparts will also pronounce. The reasoning behind a letter-game environment will also help them become comfortable with the knowledge needed in a classroom setting.
