Introduction
Going to the university as a local or international student has never been that easy since it involves many issues that do not allow the brain to settle. Stress is a widespread phenomenon in the world that can be described as the natural feeling of anxiety, excitement, or the physical tension that appears when one wants to satisfy the demand placed on the thought that exceeds the ability to achieve the target—discovering the students' steadiness amid succeeding in academics, work, and private life. Any of these activities cause brain conflict, overwork, and uncontrollability. Despite knowing that some stress areas are not bad as they motivate one to achieve specific goals in life while some appear to be so sickening (Acharya & Collins, 2018). Therefore, developing the psychotherapists' techniques is an essential way of managing the stress of any individual to enable control of the condition.
Stress may either be caused by external environment sources or caused by the internal perception of an individual. The pressure that results from the anxiety causes the condition as an individual faces various challenges in life. From our findings, we found the various types of stress; Time stress was founded to be the o work time environment when limited time is set on a given task provides the internal pressure on the condition causing the stress (Acharya & Collins, 2018). The condition causes unsettlement of the brain working under pressure to complete the task in time; hence the scenario causes the stress
It was discovering the anticipatory stress linked with anxiety to events that have not yet occurred in the first place. Here one is the stress of the expectation of the upcoming event that is causing the internal unsettlement of the brain to adhere to the condition. Situational stress arises when a person is powerless to deal with the condition arising, for instance, in court where the judgment is being overruled, or the organization fails to listen to the argument points(Acharya & Collins, 2018). A situation arises of encountering stress from interactive by individuals that may cause nervousness from finding von how one is hard to deal with causing the internal phenomenon of the condition.

The research established on the literature was carried out using two databases, MySQL and the Oracle, where the search terms included "Oversees students," "Abroad students," "Stress," "Causes," and "the management," and "Mental health." After that, we squeezed our research on the students who study in the United States and the United Kingdom and peer-evaluated the articles found on the websites. We involved both the undergraduate and the post-graduate international students in the research sampling from the English schools, and we outdo the short-term (Corona & Fuentes, 2017). We finally managed to include qualitative and quantitative studies, including students from different ethnic groups, and abandoned the research that only focused on one ethnic group.
The thirty-eight empirical studies identified by the literature review were conducted in the UK and the United States. Most of the studies produced qualitative research on the stress designs based on the student's call for the interview to give the side of their life as international students in the countries. They face various challenges as students in these new environments, including adapting to the new system and the environment. The most common stressor identified by the students includes acculturative stress, which is a response to the new life and norms of the new environment (Corona & Fuentes, 2017), including the demographic and social behaviors of the new group plus the psychosomatic features of the individual.
