It makes a person sleepless, left alone and finally leading to death. The Sunset insights how activities changes with time and stars are left behind unknowingly showing how change in Hollywood occurs. The two films have some characteristic features and others which are not common. Kane has a problem in experiencing relationships with the others emotionally and a reflective change in the field of Hollywood this is due to various threats of the decaying stars.Thesis statementThe analysis is about Citizen Kane film and Sunset Boulevard films based on their stylistic elements used in their development and the social issues entailed.Stylistic elementsIn reference to the stylistic elements used in both the films, in Citizen Kane focuses mainly in some instances that show his control exit and his loneliness. Kane uses shadow in the movie to show superiority over Susan this occurs when she loses control and Kane demands her to continue with singing.Framing of the characters using doors is also employed by Welles and even windows this helps in making the audiences concentrate on the characters due to the emphasis created. Door framing also evidenced during the time Kane was in snow playing and his parents are in inside conversing of his future. The hunters of fame are not even aware that they have been left behind by time as evidenced by 20’s coming of sound in late 40’s coming to TV.
