Bullying is among factors that affect the process of learning in any educational system. Therefore, it is the question of concern that needs immediate solution as far as the educational system is concerned. The effect has plagued in many institutions worldwide and grows within the system itself with negative effects. The consultant’s report investigates how bullying affects our educational system and what recommendation should be put in place to reduce incidents of bullying.
In 1999 to 2011, the state legislatures of the United States (department of education) enacted, approximately 122 bills throughout the country that addressed the issue of bullying and related incidents in the schools. In 2010, the state bullying laws and policies were established to prevent the effects of bullying to the aggressors themselves, target, bystanders and the school in general. (U.S Department of Education) An analysis by the US department of education portrays severe and fatal effects that may be caused by bullying behavior on the educational system. Hence, the government asked the schools to exercise the anti-bullying policies in the school compound.
The report has used the bullying cycle, mental model, that shows how the participants of the bullying behavior (aggressors, target, bystanders and the school) affects the educational system from the effects they experience. Educational system entails anything to do with the learning process or transfer knowledge from one person to another. It entails objectives, mission, and vision, goals, school structure and system as well as the code of conduct. Bullying can have a fatal effect and alter the meaning of the educational system. Also, the report shall give recommendations that are deemed effective in controlling, safeguarding and reducing bullying in the school environment, as well as, its effects on the educational system.

Introduction
Bullying is any aggressive behavior that is typically repeated over. Bullying at school or any learning institution is meant to cause distress, harm or fear. In general, bullying creates a negative environment within the school or learning institution. It entails power imbalance between the target and the aggressor (Banks). Bullying occurs in several forms such as electronic (cyber), social, verbal and physical bullying. The educational system is a form or type of learning that entails a systematic order to be followed during the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Therefore, the report is set to investigate the effects of bullying on our educational system. Also, the report shall give recommendation and ways of addressing the bullying behavior.
Bullying affects the educational system through three elements including aggressor, target and the school. Therefore, the effects of bullying to the aggressor, target and school translates the general effects of bullying on the educational system. (MASA)

From the mental model of bullying cycle, it can be concluded that the effects of bullying to the aggressor, target and the school itself has a fatal effect on the process of learning in a school environment. The following are the effects of individuals and learning institutions in relation to the educational system.
The aggressor is the person who is doing the action of bullying. Therefore, he or she not only causes harm to the school and his or her target but also in the educational system. The aggressor develops a high level of indiscipline through the breaking of the school code of conduct. The aggressor develops a sense of disrespect to his colleagues, teachers and general protocols of the school. As such, the learning process of the aggressor is interrupted and he or she does not fare well in academic. As far as bullying is concerned, the educational system of such school is altered as the learning process of a child or aggressor is affected due to indiscipline and poor academic performance that end up becoming a drop out.
Also, the educational system is meant to educate, model and cultivate a sense of discipline for a child to be accepted in the society. As such, children who involve themselves in bullying may end being thieves, hooligans, drug dealers and murders. Therefore, the objective of educational systems has been compromised due to the effects of bullying.
Target (s) is the person being bullied in a school environment. The effects of bullying have both psychological, sociological and biological effect to the students. The students being bullied develops psychological problems such as headaches and sleeping problems. The students fear to go to school or even socialize with other students. As such, the student is not involved in socialization (a form of learning) as required by the educational system. The self-esteem and confidence of the student are affected drastically leading to poor academic performance. They are left with long term effects, and most of them end up committing suicide. Therefore, the educational system that advocates for socialization as a form of learning, understanding and protecting human rights becomes a field of suicide, torture and traumatic effects to the learners.
The school is where the behavior of bullying takes effect and involves the aggressor, bystanders and the target. The school itself is affected in several ways by the act of bullying in the school compound that eventually translates to poor educational system. The bystanders develop
