Most people hate exercise not because it’s bad but due various reasons. Most of these people who find problems with exercising are people who are actively employed or working in various types of jobs. Some of these people who don’t exercise claim that they have no time from their daily busy schedule. What these people fail to realize is that those people who do exercise have similar tight schedules with them but plan their day with exercise being part of their daily schedule. Those people who find to have not time for exercise should therefore plan their daily activities in a way in which to find few moments of exercise. It doesn’t have to be a whole one hour for the activity but 30 minutes alone can be very beneficial if utilized in the right way. CITATION Ala15 \l 1033 (G.Choachuy, 2015).
Another group of people who don’t exercise get discouraged after they realize they are not losing weight fast enough after having done exercise for several days. What they fail to understand is that results of practice such as weight loss cannot be achieved overnight. It needs a daily routine for a tireless period of time for one to get results.
