Financial operating plan analysis refers to a plan concerning finances that outlines the expenses and revenues in a given period of time. The plan defines the goals of the organization areas like the budgeting, sales, and purchases the company’s payroll and at the same time, the plan creates a projection for the cash flow. It’s crucial for a hospital to always be in good financial standings in order to make good and sensible financial investments (Gooch, 2017). When a hospital consistently does well, it will thus be able to make departmental improvements with an operating margin every year. This year’s hospital improvement proposal is the new EMR system as well as cardiovascular lab renovation. The two projects help in enhancing the hospital’s capabilities and effectiveness for the next financial year.
