TITLE: JANE “BITZI” JOHNSON MILLER ELECTION NAME: INSTITUTION NAME: INTRODUCTION As we face fiscal woes, economic challenges and other predicaments, the people of Texas need a competent leader who will restore fiscal accountability and help solve the problems affecting people. Jane “Bitzi” Johnson Miller is that leader. She has through hard work and working smart risen to the high scales of success. She was born from a very humble background, in west Texas on a ranch. Her educational background is outstanding and thus she can efficiently enhance economic development. She studied at the Liskeard Grammar School, and managed to acquire a master’s degree in Old Iceland language and Literature. She is also a responsible editor for J.R.R. Tolkien list of George Allen and Unwin Publishers apart from effectively commissioning both John Howe and Allan Lee to illustrate Tolkien’s work. Her hard work and dedication are evidenced by her role as a publishing director for House working across the Voyager fantasy science fiction list and crime. Cultural and regional support Jane as a dedicated leader is firmly advocating for the goodwill of Texas. Her ambitions are highly regarded as she looks forward to fully support both cultural and regional values of the citizens to see them prosper. Being a republican she advocates continuing disfranchising most blacks, poor whites and Latinos, especially the burden of the poll tax and white primaries as confederated by other states. This will lead to higher living standards, especially among the Hispanics and Latino population. Jane being a republican will be able to get most of her supporters in Texas away from the east, west coast, south and Midwest. Most of this population is from the suburban communities and rural areas. This includes 60% of married men and 55% of married women. It includes a lesser population practicing gay and lesbianism. On the contrary to this, the democrats live closer to the coast, including 40 % of married men and 45% of married women. Most of its population practice gay and lesbianism, hence they are less religious and younger in age (Texascentre, 2014). In terms of location, the Republican supporters that Jane is counting on are mostly found in the south and the Midwest Texas consisting of a larger population in rural and suburban areas while the democrats are found east and west coasts and in the urban centers. In terms of marriage status, 24% of women will support Jane while 37% will be against her. She, therefore, has a lesser number of votes from women in the population (Quickfacts 2014). In terms of income, a larger population those with higher income and those in fewer labor unions as opposed to the democrats who are a larger population with low income earners though greatly supporting labor unions. Most Republicans consist of a larger population supporting charity movements while democrats support government assistance programs. Jane will be counting on an average population of 50 years while the younger population of an average of 47 years is against her ideas. She will also be optimistic to get votes from high school graduates, individuals with college experience and college graduates while those without high school diplomas and those with post-graduate degrees will oppose her. Though she expects most of the Texas to support her because of her good policies, she must also be prepared to lose some of her votes to the loyal block that consist of African-Americans. We are all aware of her determination to step in and help most of the population solve their problems unlike in the past years where solving of individual problems in the society has always been seen as a local and with the expectation that the individual solves the issues affecting him or her at the individual level. We do understand her aim as a Republican to give her maximum support for the civil rights movements as a strategy to see the population in Texas realize high living standards and their rights fully respected. She, therefore, advocates ensuring zero tolerance of the abuse of human rights. Campaign themes Just like the other leaders that have put in more of their efforts for the bright lives of the Texas population, Jane will continue providing her support and redistricting disputes for the sake and the welfare of each and every individual. Her wish for The Texas population is to strengthen the culture of making inroads in the urban areas like Dallas and Houston, extending the same support across rural and suburban Texas. She is fully focused to continue with the firm reputation for strict “Law and Order” sentencing as a form of capital punishment proudly ensuring Zero tolerance to corruption. Jane is also here to enhance the policy of secessionist sentiment, enabling Texas to retain the right to secede thus advocating for full prosperity for the Texas population. Not forgetting her determination to continue with the support of a two-year budget cycle, that allows officials to create budget plans with enough and more time to put more focus on issues of significance and that facilitates faster economic development. Jane will also fully promote the established program of tax incentives, especially to those corporations that are willing to partner Texas for good trading relationships so as to realize smooth economic growth. As a leader for the development towards a well-established population, Jane has resolved to finance fully and provide demographic support. She advocates providing equal distribution of resources throughout the population as a way of ensuring equity, doing away with any form of nepotism and for uniform economic growth. She is also dedicated to maximally support and strengthen major revenue sources like the sales tax, franchise, insurance, natural gas, alcohol and cigarette and tobacco taxes. As a competent leader, she aims to willingly and maximally as earlier said promotes the two-year budget cycle basing on its advantage. The two-year budget allows the officials in charge to come up with budget plans with enough time to focus on those issues of great importance. Her aim is also to promote and strengthen the developmental program of tax incentives to those corporations willing to move in Texas and partner with it for smooth economic growth. Electing Jane has been the best choice ever as she is fully for Education reforms. Since the past leaders that we have been electing failed to properly monitor public school programs intended to enable students with language barriers learn English. Her wish is to see that every child in the Texas population graduate from high school well prepared for further and higher education as well as efficient and skilled population in the workplace apart from being responsible citizens. In terms of economic development, Jane advocates to promote the development Corporation Act of 1979 that gives cities the capability to finance new business enterprises in the communities through Economic Development Corporations (EDCS). We are for Jane since she is fully supporting The 10th Amendment that enables her to lay out the principle of federalism in the U.S constitution that will enable the Texas population realizes some growth especially economically. She aims also to support Constitutional ...
