Violence against women can be among such abuses of human rights, spanning age, class, nationality, and faith more widely and socially accepted. Sexual and gender conflict in all parts of the world is a troubling problem. This type of violence that affects women and girls, in particular, is no exception (Cops & Pleysier 2011). The phrase applies to any malicious act committed against a victim's will based on biologically assigned distinctions (gender) between men and women. The most significant aspect linked to different kinds of violence is gender, with more cases identified by women. However, there is little change in victims seeking justice, which has contributed to increased gender-based harassment cases for a long time. Cops & Pleysier (2011) notes that many gender-based abuse victims have a very tough path to get justice. The lady who was sexually assaulted, for example, saw her rapist go free, but the attacker is free if there is no proof. Justice is also unreasonable for victims of sexual and sexual assault
