AIESEC in Ukraine – Educate the World 2012-2013
OCP Application
Thank you for being interested in applying for OCP of Educate the World 2012-2013 in Ukraine. This questionnaire is an opportunity for AIESEC in Ukraine to get to know your ideas and profile. Make sure this application reflects you, your perspectives and personality.
Educate the World is the national OG GIP (Global Internship Program) project aimed at promotion of opportunities and raising applicants for GIP internships in Education sphere, notably teaching English in foreign linguistic centers, schools, universities & companies.
All applicants are expected to participate in conference on alternative methods of education which will have the value for them as professional trainings and simulation of life and internship abroad.
The realization period of GIP internships starts in March, April or May.
This application is divided into 3 parts: Introduction, Past Experience and General Questions.
All applications must be submitted in the following way:
* Application form (maximum 200 words for each question)
* Mailed to VP OGX and VP TM, AIESEC in Lviv via b.m@aiesec.net, ira.ukrainets@aiesec.net
* Application form should be named as: ‘AF_ЕtW_ Name_Surname’

OCP Role Description
Main responsibilities:
* OC team selection and management.
* Detailed explanation of positions and responsibilities in the team
* Creation together with the team members the identity of the team including vision, principles and way of working.
* Creation of a plan for OGX project and setting goals together with a team and follow the plan during the period of planning and realization.
* Organization of weekly meetings with project team.
* Ensure Com+TM+OGX synergy work effectively in your project.
* Identifying resources needed and dividing responsibilities.
* Tracking and evaluation team’s activity on a weekly basis.
* Keeping project team well informed of changes within the organization.
* Motivation of a team to work together in the most efficient manner.
* Run feedback sessions at least twice during the project.
* Reward best performing members in the team.
* Make final evaluation of the project.
