Introduction
Group 17 comprised of five members namely Nilu, Katrina, Phoebe, Joseph and Clinton. The team worked on a report which sought to investigate and analyses the modalities which managers use to implement work at the workplace. The group also paid a keen interest on the ways in which team members coordinate to ensure that the desired results at the work place are achieved. The five member group opted to subdivide the task at hand into smaller tasks which was then presented on a joint forum for purposes of discussion. While conducting the task, the team based its observation on Hofstede’s theory to help us in understanding the role of managers in fostering team work among the staff and the importance of teamwork. The group was also keen on research and reflecting on the performance in the group due to the vital role that the two elements play in the general productivity of team play.
