“Not of an age, but for all time.” This is the epithet Benjamin Johnson, a renowned English playwright, used to hail Shakespeare. Over the passage of the four hundred years since the latter's death, the phrase has validated itself as irrefutable. Shakespeare has remained in the worldwide hall of fame for playwrights, poets, and dramatists. His works have spread and been translated into numerous languages.
