When patients and visitors are exposed to numerous hazards such as hospital-acquired illnesses and needle pricks, the institution's reputation and status are likely to suffer. To solve this, all stakeholders in the institution should work together to ensure a safe atmosphere. This risk management strategy was an excellent choice due to its comprehensive character.
