Introduction
World war II was the prime and fatal conflict in history. The war involved thirty countries, and it started as a result of the Nazi attack of Poland in 1939. The war lasted for six years until the Allies conquered Nazi Germany and Japan in 1945. World War II had a long historical background, which can be traced from the first world war of 1914 to 1918 (Feis, 2015). There was an instability among several Europe countries, which set a stage for another global conflict world war two, which started two decades later. Adolf Hitler rose to influence in a financially and diplomatically wabbly Germany, and he signed agreements with Japan and Italy in order to increase his ambition of world domination. He later invaded Poland in 1939 and France professed warfare on Germany. This was the onset of world war II.

Between 1939 and 1945, the world war II conflict took more lives and destroyed a lot of property around the world than any other war which had been fought in the world. Among the people who were killed, 60 to 80 million individuals who were murdered, six million of them were Jews, and there were killed in concentration campsites (Feis, 2015). 
World War I had destabilized Europe, and World War II came up out of the matters which had been left unresolved by the first war. The radical and fiscal uncertainty in Germany, combined with the harsh terms which had been levied by the versatile treaty, prompted the escalation of Hitler and the National Socialist party (Feis, 2015). Hitler grew into the Reich chancellor and he later anointed himself as an ultimate leader in 1934. Hitler planned on using a war to gain a proper space to facilitate his agendas for Germany. 
Adolf Hitler signed a treaty with Italy and Japan in disagreement with the Soviet Union. He directed various troops that inhabited Austria in 1938. He later occupied Czechoslovakia in 1939, and this started open aggression. During this time, the United States and the Soviet Union focused on local government (Lyons, 2015). France and Britain were eager for a confrontation with Germany. 
In August, Hitler and Joseph Stalin came to an agreement about the necessity of a German-Soviet nonviolence deal, which provoked a fury of concern in London and Paris. Joseph Stalin was the dictator of the USSR. Britain and France were both committed to offering military support to Poland in case of an attack from Germany (Jeffries, 2018). Hitler invaded Poland on September 1st, 1939. France and Britain after two days, and this was the start of world war two.

On December 1941, Japanese troops attacked a US marine base and killed more than 2300 troops. After this attack, there was a civic opinion in the US, which prompted them to enter World War II (Jeffries, 2018). The US government avowed war on Japan on December 8th, 1941. Germany and the rest of the Alliance powers professed war on the US in support of Japan. 
The British and American troops concurred the Italians and Germans in 1943, and the Mussolini government fell in 1943 (Jeffries, 2018). However, the Allied fighting against the Germans who were in Italy continued. In June 1944, the Allied powers started a massive invasion of Europe, where they gathered over 150,000 British, Canadian, and American soldiers in France. Hitler retaliated with strength from his Allies in an attempt to defeat the Western Europe troops. In the same year, the Soviet forces made advancements into Poland, Hungary, and Romania.
