The late nineteenth century was an energetic era of innovations and entrepreneurial spirit. The United States of America found itself in the grip of creation and innovation, with more people working on their great ideas than ever before, which was geared up by the increase in complex life every day. His skills got him a job at a shop in Detroit as a machinist's apprentice later in the Detroit dry Dock company playing the same role. Upon completing his apprenticeship in 1882, he joined Westinghouse steam engines in southern Michigan for a year, where he specialized in setting and repairing the engines (Guinn,2020).
In 1891, it was of great privilege and honor for Henry Ford to meet Thomas
