The Industrial Revolution formed the greatest part of developments in terms of computer and information technology with the invention of electricity among other technological advancements that had great impacts in society. These developments moved to areas of physiology and anatomy, whereby they have helped in enhancing life expectancy and reducing illness. Computer and information technology became firmly established in the late 19th century, becoming clear that humans greatly depend on it for survival. Technology reached a whole new level in the 21st century and communication has changed rapidly with the increased usage of computers in all organizations.
