Successful living is one of the major life management principles that support the ability to relinquish an ailing system of living for older adults while strengthening them to live a better healthier life.

Improving physical and cognitive function is considered as an essential factor of successful living management principle. The healthcare organizations are currently bombarded with increased cases of elderly care needed to be given in the society. The major cause of increased poor health among the elderly is dormancy in their lives. Majority of the elderly population have already retired and are eventually not engaged in cognitive and physical activities. As a result, their immune system will weaken especially due to physical dormancy (Science Daily, 2014).
Benefits of Successful Living to the Elderly and Healthcare Givers
The health caregivers of the elderly population are bombarded with everyday new elderly patients with health conditions that require their professional skills to support the survival of each individual. It is not easy especially with the continuum of incoming patients from this age group, and the health caregivers can then be induced with a high level of stress.
Grouping the patients the healthcare givers with each other is the best approach to guarantee both the healthcare givers and the elderly do produce successful living. Each group of elderly patients and their health caregivers should have a well planned out schedule that they will both see through together. The proper nutrition will stimulate the formation of healthy cells in the body strengthening their bodies to overcome ailments.
