Variant characteristic of culture is the major attributes that shape people all over the world and the extent to which people identify with their cultural group of origin. Some characteristic may change while the others remain constant over the entire lifetime. Some of the examples of variant characteristic include sexual orientation, gender issues, marital status, and occupation. Immigration is another factor that influence person behavior all 0ver the world, for instance, the people who voluntarily immigrate do easily assimilate the surrounding environment.
Cultural sensitivity is more of personal and might not be offensive to someone who may be of the same culture, and if there is an increase in the cultural in once cultural consciousness of the cultural diversity, it might improve the possibility of someone health care providers so as to provide a more competent care.
