The company All in Your Mind was started in 1994 and its director by then was known as Alf Mason. The company manufactures stress-relieving squeezy toys that are globally available in retail outlets, (Jackson, 2017). It in addition, it is specialized in producing bespoke branded stress balls that are given as promotional gifts at events, at university open days, in conferences and for promotions, (Jackson, 2017). All in Your Mind operates in over three sites which include Melbourne in Australia, Mumbai in India and Queenstown in New Zealand. This company is characterized by having a total of 319 employees.
This work was based on a survey done on Work Aspect Preference Scale (WAPS), which was typically used to establish the traits of work that diverse employees deem important. Data Analysis and Interpretation (DAI) analysis aims at focusing on the development and assessment of the abilities to design the instruments for data collection, creating, manage and maintain the datasets, ability to extract key information accurately and effectively and being able to communicate such information in a very relevant and meaningful manner, and finally to be able to critically interpret data presented from other sources. More specifically, this paper outlines the opportunity to enhance ways of the communicating statistical outcomes. The paper employs use of SPSS to conduct data analysis which are presented in terms of frequency percentages and frequency counts.
This study targeted a total of 319 participants who work at All in Your Mind Company and holders of different positions such as managerial position, factory workers’ position and customer care positions. Total workers who participated in the survey were 194 hence constituting to a response rate of 60.82%. The study employed the use of questionnaires as the appropriate tools to collect data from the targeted group. Questionnaires were structured into a 18 Likert scale addressing specific issues. During data collection, the questionnaires were administered to every participant who was allowed to fill and submit back. The filled questionnaires were later coded and entered into SPSS software for analysis.
Data Analysis and Presentation
The composition of the staff who participated in the survey work at All in Your Mind among the three countries; that is in Australia, India and Newzealand. After data entry, data cleaning was done to rectify the errors that were omitted during the entry process. In total, 194 employees willingly participated in the study. Among them were 60(30.9%) male 134(69.1%) female employees. holding the management and customer care positions.

In regard to the positions of the participants who participated in this survey, the result in table 2 show that 48(24.7%) of the participants were holding the management position, 55(28.4%) participants were factory workers where as 91(46.9%) participants were customer care attendants.

Results based on the location of All in Your Mind show that there are three capital cities where the company is based. For instance, 55 (28.4%) of the employees were based in Melbourne (Australia), 79 (40.7%) were based in Mumbai, (India) while 60 (30.9%) were based in Queenstown (Newzealand).

In addition, the participants were subdivided into five teams led by different team leaders and were constituted by a given number of individuals. From table 1, the results showed that 25(12.9%), 41(21.1%) , 61(31.4%), 41(21.1%) and (26.(13.4%) participants belonged to team Delta, team Echo, team Charlie , team Bravo and team Alpha respectively.

Moreover, the survey examined the Work Aspect Preference Scale (WAPS), that was typically used to decide the level of satisfaction of work that different employees engaged in. The index job satisfaction that the employees were asked complete an 18 item Likert-scale assessment of the overall job satisfaction. The scores ranged from 18-90. The highest scores index of 90 which was marked by 3(1.5%) participants indicated the greatest satisfaction whereas the lowest score of index 18 marked by 9(4.6%) participants showed lowest job satisfaction or what we call highest level of dissatisfaction. This is well illustrated in the table below..
